Management Team

Glacier’s management team is an experienced and proven team with over 40 years of combined experience in the industry. Glacier is not a company comprised of just executives or developers but professional engineers and consultants with technical and engineering backgrounds as well as the expertise required to run a successful business.

The President/CEO Quentin Royer brings to the company over 15 years of design, engineering and development experience. He is a professional engineer who has successfully managed many large-scale residential and commercial projects. He also has managed all aspects of land development projects, including preparing feasibility studies and budgets, initiating and managing design, bidding of projects, contractor selection, contract management, construction management, and preparation and management of project budgets.

In addition to the aforementioned, Mr. Royer have extensive experience creating financial strategies and job cost analysis as well.
